Visits cancelled with less than 12 hours notice from the start of the visit window will be charged in full.
Visits cancelled with less than 48 hours notice from the start of the visit window will incur a $10 per visit cancellation fee. This is in addition to any short notice booking fees.
Non-holiday overnight bookings cancelled with less than 30 days notice will incur a $30 per night cancellation fee.
I am happy to visit your pet as often as needed to ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve. At a minimum, I recommend one daily visit for cats and two daily visits for indoor dogs that do not have outdoor access.
For the safety of your pet, I do not walk dogs in heavy rain or excessive heat. Walks may be shortened due to weather conditions.
A 50% deposit is required for bookings under $500, and a 75% deposit is required for bookings over $500. Deposits are required at the time of booking to hold and secure your service dates.
The remaining balance is due on the final day of services. Deposits are non-refundable.
